JUST SOME PROBLEMS WITH OBAMA-CARE

Obama is a known serial liar.
The country is broke.
The democrat leaders have purposefully kept details from voters.
The premises are false and nutty.
Congress is not included in the Plan.
Federal workers are included in the Plan.
There is no tort reform.
Medicare and Medicaide are broke under the gov-meant.
The more we know the more resistance grows.
It grows the gov-meant.
It will fund abortion and mercy-killing…eventually.
It will bankrupt insurance companies because the gov-meant needs no profit.
Its not online and kept there a week before any votes.
There is no portability…as far as we know.
There is no provision for much larger networks, like a state or two…to lower costs.
There are too many mini-czars forced upon voters and doctors.
It is not patient-centered but cost-centered.
It will slash medical incomes.
The gov-meant cannot run a hot dog stand.
The gov-meant lied (to sell us) many past programs…that quickly cost 3-9x what they told us
The taxes on top of 4x the national debt we now have will crush any recovery.
The usual control freak suspects that love socialism salivate at this bill.
The potential for patient abuse is off the scale.

THE MOVING DOW AND REALITY

Despite being hammered by Obama and jealous socialists the DOW has fought hard after a couple million LAYOFFS…to crawl up to 9k…remember it was 13k June 2008.
Prediction: As soon as the business community gets off its financial knees PHASE II of democrat J. Carter Obama will kick in strong.
The is the democrat TAXING U PHASE (plans are on the table) which always follows democrat PHASE I (socialist overspending-borrowing to buy votes).
The DOW will also crawl back to its knees after the democrat TAX U PHASE but then democrat PHASE III always kicks in…
the democrat INFLATION PHASE (printing money for 4x the national debt does that).
Like day follows nite…see The Misery Index of the 1970s when democrat Carter and his democrat congress put America thru financial misery.
For those too young to remember or too lazy to do a search…gas lines, hostages, 13% inflation and 21% interest rates with jobless rate very high.
Check on that Misery Index thing. Its not going to be on network TV. Yes, history repeats itself. Economic laws ignored are not laws repealed.

you know, the one that raises its own pay in a severe recession and lusts only for 40 years in the D.C. power bubble, that royalty.
Ever realized their health care coverage WE pay for with taxes?
According to the May 2009 CR…
this is what they have in their FEDERAL Employees Health Benefits Program:
1…No annual or lifetime limits for major services
2…$300 deductible per person and $600 per family
3…Limited 5k a year they pay with preferred providers (which includes most deductibles, co-insurance and co-pays)
Covered Services are:
1…In and out-patient care, visits, surgery and mental health care
2…Prescriptions and diagnostic tests
3…Preventative care including routine shots
4…Chem and radiation therapy
5…Family Planning and organ-tissue transplants
6…Durable med equip and artificial limbs
7…physical, occupational and speech therapy
They pay $152 a MONTH each or $357 a FAMILY.
Okay, take out your family policy and compare.
The folks that “understand” your family struggles have this program.
The feds are special, you and your family are not.
Ask yourself why we can’t have the same coverage.

The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Monday shows that 30% of the nation’s voters now Strongly Approve of the way that Barack Obama is performing his role as President.
Forty percent (40%) Strongly Disapprove giving Obama a Presidential Approval Index rating of -10.

Obama makes disingenuous comments like “You’ll still keep your doctor” or “You’ll keep your existing health care.” He is either lying to us or he has no idea what is in it. Pg 22 of the HC Bill mandates the Government will auditbooks of all employers that self insure. Can you imagine what that will do to small busine sses? Every one will abandon “selfinsurance” and go on Government insurance. So when Obama says that there will still be private health care, it’s simply a lie: this mandate will force employers to abandon their private plans.
Pg 30 Sec 123 of HC bill – a Government committee (good luck with that!) will decide what treatments/benefits a person may receive.

A white and a black cop showed up in response to the call.
(The 16 year vet white cop was chosen by his black boss to head up the “racial profiling” for the dept)
The Afro-Am Studies prof was asked for proof he lived there.
The Harvard prof mouthed off from the start, never let up and was NOT engaged by the cops.
As the cops left into the yard the prof continued loudly mouthing off abusively.
The rant IS on tape…they are debating releasing it. (I hope they do)

3…Portability at the same cost for at least 6 months…to maybe a year.
4…Statewide and contiguous state(s) group pricing of plans.
5…Retiree portability out of their “state” networks so they can re-locate.
6…Illegals “out” and congress “in” for any new HC plan as a “given”.
7…Tax free medical savings accounts.
8…A national “free or nearly free” ideas group…an unpaid Medical Reform Commission (aka a medical Grace Commission).

Any thinking voter can take out a couple of lines most anywhere and see its baloney. The federal gov-meant is going to finance anything mostly by savings-efficiency? Now that IS historic. Not since the Grace Commission has there been any of that. Who does he think he is fooling?
The democrat gov-meant does not want to “take over health care”? Historic #2. Who does he think he is fooling?
The Republicans have no ideas? They submitted 38 amendments in the House…all were rejected…including the one about Congress being part of any new HC Plan. Who does he think he is fooling?
The HC Plan will not grow the debt? After Medicaide and Medicare went broke, after decades when most any major federal program (like M & M) quickly became 3-9x more costly than the “democrat selling price”…who does he think he is fooling?
This baloney speech from a serial liar who demanded we borrow a trillion from the Red Chinese to “stimulate” the economy six months ago!
He and his fellow socialists 4x the debt. Now he wants another trillion for HC? Who does he think he is fooling?
Voters have had enough of this wild spending and serial deception. Some are even laughing in the face of their congressman at meetings. Its a start. Keep in mind the next J.
