    PQ: Our 4th was quite cool and rainy it was bobbing around 59-63 degrees all day. The Fireworks were cancelled due to rain, high winds and low clouds. July 5th was perfect for the fireworks. Clear skies sun out shining and a high temp of 70.Hey Dixie! 101! thats hot! Our highest temp 92 degrees came with a heat index of 104.

    Hey everybody! lol, it's been hot as hell down here which isn't much of a surprse . Our hottest day so far this year so far was June 21st when we had 101 with a 129 heat index , today wasn't much better, in the high-90s with much higher heat index. The thing about down here is that it dosen't cool off reliably until around Thanksgiving, we get high humidity well into October.....down here close to Miami.

    ha you got it! what wusses! it was HOT the 4th, ugg. finally it is cooler today and i am not in 7th heaven but 12th or 13th!

    Boy was I wrong about that. It's been raining for 28 hours now and we have around 4 inches or so of rain. Yesterday got to 63 and fireworks were cancelled. Today may hit 68.

    Happy 4th of July everyone!

    Looks like we may have the coolest July 4th in three years. It may not even hit 70 on Saturday. Were expected to get a little rain..not to much maybe a 1/3 or so tomorrow.
