I have poison oak all thru my yard and landlord isn't doing anything about it. I have it all over and in my lungs now and have been to the doctor. Is this against the law and should i hire a lawyer? Thanks...

Do my slumlord rented me a home and knew that it would flood causing sewer back up to low through the basement. And get this says it is my fault that my stuff was damaged i should not have stored it there !!! Man wt???

So many times renters have to take less than what they deserve due to bad credit or just being in a time crunch. Unfortunately they sometimes get stuck in homes or apartments that are not the best . Well now you can out that property so no else will have to go through renters hell like you did.
