These two jackwagons have done nothing to help our gun rights and have done a lot to make us look like unreasonable idiots. Thanks for nothing jackwagons.

I've seen your previous posts; you're no supporter of our rights. Therefore, these chaps must have hit on something good for you to be opposed to it. I wonder how many kids want their very own.

Your statement does not make any sense. If you have a point make it.
You know, its people like you who try to tell others that if you do not believe exactly like I do your not one of us. Well maybe I am not one of "you" but I will work to change the system to make is so you are not one of us. I have views on guns and I still will not feel short changed if there is a federal law mandating that all guns be transfered through a FFL holder. I want the NRA to work with the Government to make the law so its a covered fee and mandates that no dealer turn away any transfer under penalty of law but are reimbursed for it by the Fed at a set reasonable rate. Say 50 bucks. If the NRA does not work with the Gov. on some issues that most of US and most of the NRA members agree on universal back ground checks then they can not help draft it. They can be for some things that not only can help criminals not get guns but also fight to stop bans of some guns.

The Federal Government is not an enemy. As Reagan said if you agree with me 80 percent of the time you are not my enemy 20 percent. I don't view the Federal Government as the enemy. I do not shoot and load and own ARs and AKs because I feel I need them to fight against the government at some point. I understand that there is now way to win if the military was to take over the country. A bunch of over weight fat white guys with a few ARs is no match for todays modern military. Saddam had what the worlds 5th largest army and he could not hold out for what was it a month? LMAO So really? a bunch of fat over weight white guys with wal mart camo is going to win that war? I would love to see that on TV. I think it would be more like Wounded knee than Yorktown.

I have had an NRA sticker on many of my trucks and cars. I always felt that it was a way of letting people know you were a gun person so you may be carrying and there by leave your car alone. Its only very recently that the NRA has gotten such a bad rap and mostly due to the rantings of Lill
Wayne.

His incessant rants on Obama, acting like he was a birther instead of focusing on keeping guns legal made him look like the idiot Ted Nugent. Together they did more to turn off all the people that could have possibly sided or even ignored gun rights. Now many focused on guns and a thing that these idiots rant about and hold up and say suck on this Obama you punk. I am a gun collector, FFL holder, CCW holder and owner of NFA items. And I left the NRA at that time because of its turn so far right it was alone in the out field.

This is the same type of attitude that has made the Republican party the crazy uncle that no one wants to talk to.. They have embraced the crazy far right rant of the crazy Christian sects. Like Jerry Falwell, Pat Robertson, Oral Roberts and Hagee. They are just short of holding hands with the west boro baptist church.

Maybe to those of you that are anti-gun.....for the rest of the folks with brains, it's becoming obvious that Wayne was spot-on - because suddenly guards in schools is becoming THE thing to do. It's called addressing the real problem.

You know what makes me feel threatened? People piloting 4000 pound cars without a care in the world for themselves or the people around them. That makes me feel threatened when I am pedaling my bike down the road.

People carrying a long gun in the open LEGALLY does not make me feel threatened. I will do a double take because I am not used to seeing it of course. It might not be in good taste but when does my desire for society to conform to my ideals encompass good taste? It doesn't.

I find this funny. People cheat on their lovers all the damn time and when we see it plastered in the news that some high ranking official cheated on their lover we are SO SHOCKED AND APPALLED. Yet it happens every day under our noses.

Just like concealed carry guns...every day right under our nose people are carrying concealed weapons. But expose them in public...whoa suddenly it is news. wtf people?

I never said that Wayne saying that guards in schools was a bad idea and I agree that the left saying its crazy is itself crazy. What I said for the umteenth time is that his Obama is "lulling gun owners to sleep in a massive conspiracy. " Its garbage like this that makes him ineffective.

I think this thread has about run it's course. When you ask for opinions, you will get them. When you ask for opinions, and you don't like them, that's called Politics and other Controlversies. If you want to continue a discussion like this one has turned out to be, please take it there. This forum is about Guns and Hunting. You haven't liked, or understood, any idea or opinion, that doesn't match yours.
