I've noticed that for the past 4 sundays the Big 5 stores here have pulled all their firearm sales ads from the Sunday flyer. Not that they were much of a gun store to begin with but apparently they have joined the anti gun bandwagon. I wonder what other chain stores across the U.S. have taken this turn.

Let them do it. I think they are under estimating the ire of the gun owners.

Wow in week 5 they finally had "one" ad for a mossberg shotgun. Joe Biden would be proud.

Don't overreact yet....they may just be out of stock...why advertise something you don't have? ...or don't have enough of.

Heck, why even put something on sale when you can't keep it in stock at any price? Find out what's going on before getting your panties in a bunch.

You might wear panties, me never. I found out what is going on and have to admit you were right. I am man enough to do that because I don't wear panties.

So I guess that pretty much makes them a shoe store, then. At least that's what you'd assume by looking at their ads...

I wonder if their marketing department decided to cave?

WHo knows it could be they jsut don't want to advertise what is perceived by some as a dangerous weapon. The store might still sell them or they could be out of stock, but it sounds like they are trying to minimise potential backlash from the antigunners.
