A standard factory AK side receiver mount scope rail is your most stable option, however on Yugos they must be custom machined or modified to fit. They also don't usually fit without special custom made mounts or modification on underfolders either.

True, but it's pretty easy to modify a standard mount to fit a YUGO side rail. 10 minutes on the grinder and it fit just fine.

The YUGO side rails are a little longer than the standard rails, so when you try to put a standard mount on a YUGO rail, it doesn't slide up all the way. Like I said, you just have to grind out or cut away the one end of the mount and it'll work.
