Yes, Dean knows this is all seemingly restrictive.
However, the real dangerous implements are spoons. Made of a heavy stainless steel metal and very dangerous! You could scoop an eye out!
They can be concealed on a person and used at a whim. I have seen folks with multiple spoons in their homes. Some neighbors I know have huge magnum size!!
I have heard stories from my uncles about how they used these utensils on defenseless animals in WW2. I quote, "We used to thrust our spoons into inedible mounds of chipped beef on toast!" Now, tell me, how would you chip up a poor cow unless you have weaponized spoons?
And, you don't want to hear about the spork! It will curdle your milk!
