i have this exact rifle i purchased 35 years ago and it is also .22 short,long,long rifle,i have box's full of long rifle ammo,my rifle is in excellent shape as it has been inside my house since new,i still have my original receipt,i have considered selling it but for a low ball price you would never get it lol,the action of this rifle is spot on,i have enjoyed this rifle and probably will till the day i die,along with a thousand rounds of ammo i just might be able to lol.

$225 was a damn going price since its worth less than $50, there are just so many of them out there. I think every kid growing up had a 22. you can buy them all day for $20-30 in brand new shape. so you really did good.
