Only problem is that none of your pictures in any way support your assertion that the aforementioned pistols are "Kings."
If a full magazine of 124 grain into less than a U.S. Quarter at a distance of precisely 50' feet off hand rapid fire doesn't, I don't know what else does. It's my best shooting 9mm I own by far.
Keep in mind my bread and butter rests in the high end 1911 .45 ACP world too. My Glocks are very reliable. This Sig will take a hair off a nats ass at 25 yards with ease. It's never malfunctioned while doing so either. It's the official sidearm of the U.S. Navy SEALs.
I can vouch for the Beretta. It's about as user-friendly a gun for a new shooter as you're going to find. The U.S. military has been using it for about 30 years now, a ringing endorsement IMHO. Keep in mind, the military takes a lot of guys who have never even handled a pistol and turns them into competent shooters in volume on an annual basis. To be able to do that, you need a durable and reliable platform (military weapons take some abuse but tend to be well maintained throughout their life cycle) and functionally user-friendly. The Beretta is by no means a "must have" for any collector, but if you're just starting out you can't go wrong with the 92FS. It's an affordable gun, solid quality, and you'll never have trouble finding parts/accessories for it.
There are .22 conversion units for the Beretta as well as the Colt, Glock, and Browning. The Colt 1911 has been available in 9mm Luger. Shooting the 1911 in .22 is wonderful. If I were planning to use a gun in this way, however, I'd get a .45, or, if I wanted better performance and it had to be a 9mm. my choice would be the .38 Super, same diameter bullet but more velocity and a more flexible round.
