Someone paying twice the price is probably not looking for a beater. I am going to assume most of the ones purchased for twice the price are going to be safe queens.
Its not worth a thin US dime. I have several mags that I will trade anyone for the same mag that does not have the Military or law enforcement only on it. I would not pay a dime extra and personally would take the one that did not have it over the same exact gun that did have it. Stupid people paying for stupid things.
The possession of a lower receiver that has been machined to accept the full auto part, particularly the auto sear.

You are correct, if the hole for the sear is there and the gun has all AR15 parts not capable of firing full auto you still have a restricted machine gun lower that is not even able to be owned if its not in the pool and if you don't have a class three stamp for it to your name. Its one of those bury it and don't think about it unless its zombie apocalypse time.
