I own a couple of handguns. I keep a G23 loaded with Golddots for protection. I have the G23,a G19, and a G26 for carry. I just haven't got my license because I keep changing states. I have a couple other handguns but I just love the accuracy, and simplicity of Glocks.

The Florida license is good in 32 states. For about $120, I think out of state residents can get one. You Glock fans are loyal, eh?

you have to be a resident of a state for one year before you can apply for a CCW license. Not sure of all states but where I am at you do..

Bought "slightly used" from a dealer. Should the dealer make it right? Should I send it back to Ruger? Or just live with it? Thanks.
The target should be blocked and it should be blurry in the distance while your sights are as clear as day. Adjust your grip HOLD the gun and don't anticipate the shot. What is your stance like? I have found that 9 out of 10 times its not the gun but a stance and grip issue. Are the sights level with one another? Are you placing the top of the sights on the target center rather then the base of the notch of the rear site? Its probably the anticipation of the the shot and your just dipping because your tugging on the trigger instead of squeezing it.

I use a modified Weaver stance, weight on my forward foot, leaning into the shot. I'm happy with my groupings. Shooting 10 rounds at 15 yards, I put five of them in the center bullseye, three more rounds in the band next to the bulleye, and one more round in each of the other two rings. The top of the sights are level when I shoot, and I would like the bullseye sitting on top of the sights at that point. However, in the aforementioned results, the top of the sight has to be placed at the very top of the top most ring in the target. I can't even see the bullseye when I'm shooting that way. I also rested the gun on a sandbag and produced the same effect. I'm pretty certain the gun shoot 3" low or so at 15 yards. Thanks for your input.

I don't really consider myself a Glock fan. I have other pistols, my all time favorite pistol is still a Beretta 92. It is in my experience just as reliable as a Glock it just is a touch large for carry and is not as accurate as my Glocks, I also like a DAO for a carry gun. I'm thinking of getting a Sig with a DAK trigger. I own a nice Kimber and it's my most accurate pistol but it has some FTF issues and I don't like carrying cocked and locked. For a carry gun I like a simple DOA with no safety thats why I like Glocks. Eventually I'll get a M&P and a XD as well as a couple more Glocks.

Once before I bought any of my Glocks I went to a rental range and tried an XD9, a M&P 9, and a G17, I shot best with the XD followed by the Glock then the M&P. In the M&P's defense it was a pretty beat up rental. The reason I have Glocks is because I got a great deal on my first one and I traded for the second and third. I look forward to owning a XD and a M&P in the future.

Well I used to collect classic cars but that got to be expensive and they do take up a lot of room. Since I always had a love for handguns and already owned a couple, I recently began building a collection of those. So far I have a Beretta 96D Centurion, Norinco Tokarev in 9mm, Star Modelo Super B, CZ-82, and a 1895 Russian Nagant revolver.

I used to do alot of target shooting a few years back. Had a S&W 357 Model 66 and a H-K P7 M13. Didnt have the time to go to the range as much and sold them. Wish I would have kept them, because I still get the urge to go to the range every once and a while.
