I'm going to say that's a relatively tough question to answer. One reason: hand loading for precision.

For any of them, there are plenty of folks out there that can work up a load that performs better than factory.

But also, your list is kind of like the running joke about the types of work: There are three kinds of work, fast work, excellent work, and cheap work. Pick any two and you won't have the third.

If you're looking at purely factory loads, off the shelf stuff and holding to your list, the .308 Win runs away from everything else. At least in North America.

Even with handloading, it'll be tough to surpass the .308 with the other cartridges in the list. It's got decent medium case capacity, hundreds of easy to source projectiles, and probably millions of man-hours of load development that are out there. Even the most expensive cases are still pretty inexpensive, along with the other components so it's got good bang for the buck too. But I know just enough to know that there's some guy out there that's made an ultra precision 7.62x39 load, and he's not on the net. Just shows up to the matches, and makes everyone else sad. LOL.

Factory loads?
7.62x51 has all categories covered except for cost. If I don't plan on going long and want to keep costs down, 7.62x39 , it is.
5.56 lands somewhere in the middle without having the energy of either.
