"BREAKING NEWS"

Apparently the ATF has reversed itself and is now once again going to allow free citizens of the USA to shoulder their "wrist brace" equipped AR, AK and other pistol designated rifle caliber guns.

So once again you will not be a felon if you shoot from the shoulder like a normal lawabiding citizen would tend to naturally do.

Now if a little more common sense will prevail and get rid of the tax stamp to have a short barrel rifle with a folding stock, and a few other foolish laws.

Doesn't make much sense now does it? There are bills now pending to allow suppressors without first getting a tax stamp and registering them with the federal government. That's a good start. Maybe SBR's will be next. As impractical as they are (hard to conceal and unwieldy for a handgun) there are already semi-auto pistol variations of sub-machine guns, AR's, AK 47's and such. Which are perfectly legal. Put a stock on any one of them and you're an instant felon.

This is under the trump admin. Wait till a Dem gets in the future. They will switch again. My advice is put away what you want now. We have a 4 year at least window. Unless I was on my own I would no shoulder a pistol. Too many idiots who want to call it illegal. Its like my bump fire stock. I have one but I don't shoot it in public.

Well the good news is that many of the justices on the federal bench will be replaced during the Trump administration and thanks to Harry Reid there won't be a damn thing the Democrats can do about it. Decisions that will probably be in our favor will stand for decades to come. There's also talk of breaking up the 9th Circus Court of Appeals. Thee most overturned court in the nation.

Personally I don't like the AR pistol. I just did the NFA SBR and have a nice gun and also went with a Specwar K on it.
