Just out of curiosity, how often do you strip it down and clean it?

Full strip and clean twice a year at least. Actually this Friday will be one because I'm heading to the range with it. It goes to the range twice annually for sure, but any time I decide to shoot it, it gets a full cleaning (I do that will all of my guns).

Since it's my carry gun, I wipe it with a silicone rag and quickly clean the mag well and barrel once a week regardless.

Twice a year??? Don't "they" recommend monthly range time in order to maintain proficiency?
