All these may not be true.
It won't be that's for sure. It's not the same as standing relaxed and shooting at a paper target.

If you are in a mall, you may not be near an exit. If you look at the Kenya mall incidents, folks were pinned down away from exits. Concealed carriers who intervened commented on how they were limited as they didn't carry extra ammo. Read the Trolley Mall reports of the off duty officer who ran out of ammo when responding to a rampage.


Assuming you will be close to an exit - how can one be sure? The rifle comment is a non sequitur.
