What kind of shooting target is this?

Dusty, I'm amazed that you can make free copies at your library. I haven't checked where I live now, but back in CT and NY, the library's copy machines had a coin dispenser where you put in 10 center per copy.

I just print out pictures of this guy and put a dime sized dot on his forehead with a felt pen.
Target practice and release anger induced stress at the same time !

Search the internet for free targets . There's a ton . Download the one you like and copy it wherever it's the cheapest .
