Have you ever used anything like this? And is there somewhere to get something like this any cheaper?

I'm doubtful if it could be helpful to the hair and skin as I have not had any success with using Jojoba oil for moisturizing. You can buy a bottle of that cheaply and just use a few drops of that or make a hot oil treatment with it. As for the "Ion Exchange" and "Silver Coated Carbon Filter", you could probably get a shower head with a filter on it to take out the chlorine. Having done those things and not seen a difference in Hair Frizz makes me doubt that it works. And as for "acidic water", you could try a Vinegar Rinse diluted with tap water to balance the ph and make hair softer.

Maybe it would be helpful temporarily in a Salon Setting as it seems to be advertised towards that.
