Can anyone recommend a product line (shampoo/conditioner) for gray hair? I'm finding that now that I'm letting mine grow out, it's a bit dry and fly-away..

TIA

You'll have to go to a beauty supply store and get a shampoo called Shimmering Lights it will brighten up the gray and give you a very sophisticated polished expensive look

Couldn't find it at WalMart, ended up getting it from Amazon. Thanks again; just what I needed!

Sounds good, I wonder if it conditions the hair or at least doesn't dry it out. I had to order Jhirmack's grey formula for shampoo online, I had to throw it away. It dried my hair out something fierce, and the Jhirmack grey hair conditioner seemed to be very drying as well. This was when I lived in the Pacific NW, so I can only imagine what would happen now since I moved to the desert.

I hope I don't have to order it online. There are a lot of beauty supply stores in my area, hopefully one of them carries it.

Thanks for the tip!

My hair is grey and was damaged in late October 2013 after post op radiotherapy. My hairdresser recommended I start using Pro Naturals Hair Repair System. It worked and I have stuck with it ever since. Whilst not specifically for grey hair MH commented that my grey was really shiny and healthy looking. No more split ends and very manageable.

I condition with coconut oil when my hair starts to feel dry. I apply a very small amount to my head after a shower for a quick condition. For deeper conditioning, I leave it on over night.

I have very shiny waist length grey hair. I wash it every two or three days. I used Suave with Moroccan Oil.

Default How To Have Sexy, Healthy Hair After 50

I can recommend a great ePub book at Amazon, that helped me get rid of my dry, damaged hair - for good! It is an awesome, short read, but packed full of tips, tricks and advice for those of us over 50 and needing a little help. Here is the link: Amazon.com: How to Have Sexy, Healthy Hair After 50 (Me After 50 Series Book 1) eBook: B.K. Doore, Nancy Leonards: Kindle Store

Most people let their hair go Gray these days but sometimes they get confused, how to maintain such hairs. I think Shimmering Lights is the best option for you and I have tried this product which is quite effective.
