He starts his comb over from the back, going towards the front, and then curls around towards the back. We ride electric golf carts to get to our many buildings. He won't ride them. We think he's afraid his comb over will fly away. Instead he hogs one of the few maintenance trucks for himself. My hairline is receding but I've accepted the fact and cut my hair short. Should I let him know we know about his hair or just leave it alone?

I'm not exactly sure HOW this part comes into play? If this is affecting others at work, then I guess something should be addressed.

I could never figure out where the hell it began or ended, but heard on the radio today it's going from the middle to the front.

Golf cart is open to the wind. Maintenance truck is a pick-up truck with AC so no open to the wind.

Have you seen his past and current wives? I know it isn't the hair that makes them say "I do", but why break the streak?

This is a tough one. I would just tell him that it's unfair that he continues to hog the truck and that if he's concerned about his combover flying in the wind, he should wear a hat.

Sounds like he needs a good extra-hold hairspray. If he is going to wear a combover, he needs to use some. That is part of it (no pun intended).

In the final analysis, it's his hair and his choice. I appreciate you're not liking his hair style....but how do you feel about him as a person? Is it really his hair you don't like, or just him period?
