Sometimes the buzzcut is done by accident, i.e. someone forgot or didn't have time to cut/trim their hair.

And it also depends on the individual, because some people look great with certain hairstyles, while others do not.

If you are congruent with it, people will accept it. If you have questions or issues, so will others, lol.

Hate them.

They scream institutional to me.......as in military......or....... just got out of prison.

Very, very few men look better in a buzz cut than in a longer cut, IMO.

If you don't have compact, chiseled features ...... forget it.

The only ones I give a pass to are those who are balding......then it is the lesser of two evils.

Frankly I think about 80% of guys look like creepy martians with a buzz cut. Go to a 1 or 1 and a half...same result, you don't look like ET though.

I agree. I like buzzcuts but only certain people can pull it off.

Love buzz cuts and encourage my son to get them all the time. But doesn't like the feel of a air on his head so much so he keeps it a bit longer.

Personally, I love buzzcuts, especially with the barely there stubble.

I do think you need to have a strong build and nice facial features to pull it off, but man does it look sexy and masculine when all of the proportions are just right.

Then again, I think a lot of men would look a whole lot better with a buzz cut than long hair. I can't stand long hair on guys. I don't want to run my hand through their hair or brush it. I'd date women if I wanted that. My husband keeps his hair short and I love touching it, it's pleasantly fuzzy. To me, most long-haired men look way too girly or bum-like..depending on their build and style.

Love that fuzzy feeling.

I know most wouldn't agree with me, but since it was asked, I don't like them,
they look like little pins growing out of the guys scalp.
