I want to find a really good place here in New Orleans that can do strand by strand extensions, I have had them done for about 7 years while living in Houston 4 years ago before I had my baby, anyone know of a good place?

Fusion extensions are the best to get. If I were you I would look into cold Fusions.
Cold fusions don't use heat and they are the least damaging of all hair extensions.
They look incredibly real, if done right you can't even tell it's fake hair.
It's pricey, but with extensions I think you get what you pay for. =)

if you don't want to damage your hair, try experimenting with your hair cut first. Spike it up, then try one method at a time. If you want to do the waves, just do the waves first. Don't color it up yet because its a sure way to damage your hair.
