My wife, Colombiana with natural dark hair, just got back from a trip to Mexico where she got her hair colored, blondish, and was told what shampoos to get to keep the color.

One was Champu matazante and the other was Kelatina tratamiento. I'm wondering if anyone is familier with what these products are so I can order them on line. I think I found the kelatina tratamiento on amazon but the shampoo, though I see some with that name, is proving to be a bit more difficult to track down. I have never seen the bottles, neither has she, so I have nothing to go on. Just a slightly misspelled name in Spanish which I'm trying to see what these products are in English, if possible.

Thanks

There are plenty of available color safe shampoos out there. Just visit a local Walgreens or Sallys.

OP, here's a list:

12 Best Color Protecting Shampoos for 2017 -- Color Protecting Shampoo Reviews

Or, as Silibran wrote, just go to Walgreens and look on the boxes for "shampoo for dyed hair" . . . I used to use L'Oreal products with good results.

Thank You. I'm a bald headed middle aged man so needless to say I'm kind of clueless when it comes to hair products!
