I go to get my hair cut next week. I have had it short for the past 2 years-above my shoulder. My youngest son (6) tells me, excusing himself if he is rude, but that he thinks my hair is "a little ugly" short and he wants me to grow it long.

My hair is......pretty curly. I think it might be safe to say very curly. And red.

I think it looks more modern short...but I don't want my baby to think of his mommy as ugly.

So.....do you prefer short curly hair, or long curly hair?

Long and curly, wish i had it. there are alot of modern long cuts for curly hair, it doesnt have to be at your waist, a couple of inches past your shoulders would look very nice.

Most definitely long, curly hair. In fact, I have been trying to have long, curly, red hair much of my life. I have managed to have long, but my hair refuses to curl and I am told that you can only grow that color hair, it does not come in a bottle.

Well it does come in a bottle, it will just never look right!!! My grandmother from Ireland had fire engine red hair, wow was it bright, me I got dark auburn, most likely because my grandfather had very dark brown!

I don't know how to define color, in case shade makes a difference...bright perhaps? No a bit of blond in it...not arburn at all...I don't know, orange/red? And that sounds bad!!!!!!

I think the length depends more on the shape of face. Some faces can't take a shorter cut. I think that collar length with curly hair is cute.. peppy looking
