SEXY
I personally don't like shaggy or long hair on men; call me sick, but I prefer the militaristic look

Besides, my husband is an ex-Marine, so I'm pretty used to it. He still clips his hair, and I love it!

I got mine cut short, 2 on the side 5 on top. Love it...easy to maintain, stays cooler. I grew it out for a year and really got tired of having to use a comb or gel or other crap to keep it looking right. (I forgot about my cowlicks) Went back to the flattop, and get it 'edged' every 3 weeks.

Being a stylist myself I have a thing about the way a buzz cut feels to the hands of the one running their hands through the head.
Then the one that has the buzz cut on their head seems to like the way it feels when their head is rubbed.

It is very relaxing to both. It is very inexpensive to have the buzz cut. It must be cut at least every three weeks. I think if a stylist has an entire family for clients she could teach the wife how to do the buzz. By doing this she will more than likely keep at least the ladies of the family coming in to the salon. Things and times are very tight at present. Compromise, it will play off in the long run.

Great if you want to look like an ex-con, a UFC fan, military, a grunt, a gang-banger, skin-head, someone with skin-head tendencies, or Sonny Liston. Not the most professional of looks.

He was the standard middle aged conservative looking business man and his hair was maybe four inches long. He asked the stylist to buzz him with a number two clipper all over. It was quite a sight, all that hair hitting the floor. For a moment I wanted to follow him in and get a buzz cut also. My stylist said she would be glad to do it and thought it would look good. But I chickened out and was concerned my wife, boss and coworkers would laugh at me. Should I have gone for it?

It depends on the man for me

Buzz cuts give a guy that clean look. I hate it when a guy needs a half hour to fix his freaking hair. It's just annoying.

Not a fan of buzzcuts.

Of course - I love my guys to have long hair (like, mid-back ponytail hehehe) so perhaps my opinion doesn't count.
