I gotta' rummage through some of my photos. I know there are some shots of me with big hair and my fringe leather jacket (a la Bon Jovi style.)

I think I have some photos of me from the mid 80s here somewhere on my computer I think I will post of me and my family... this ought to be funny.

No! Absolutely not! I looked like a tart.

I actually liked some of those styles. I loved and still love the Farrah hair although that was really the 70's. Then we progressed to using a gallon of hairspray. The beauty companies made a fortune, lol.

Found another... now my aunt and friend would kill me if they knew I posted this on the internet!

This photo was taken on June 18, 1984. Thats me, my aunt in the middle and my one of my best friends at the time. It was her 7th birthday. My aunt in the background was 15 at the time. Now she is 39 and has a son that is about to turn 16 and another that just turned 14.

Gosh, where does the time go?

My gosh, these clothes and hair! I think my aunt is holding a kitten or something.

this is me 24 years later...

AND, I think this was the one of the cars we had... 1984 Ford Country Squire wagon

the love the 80's hairstyles on the women. the women back then looked natural too. not many were into plastic surgery like nowdays...does anyone think Jaclyn Smith(Charlies Angels) was kinda ahead of her time? She looked so stylish and would look better than some of the actresses nowdays as far as fashion and hair. Always had a crush on her...haha

I miss the 80's. I think it's the only time my hair was in style. I can have big 80's hair if it rains/I blowdry it/the wind blows/etc.

Oh, and my best friend's family had that same station wagon in blue!!

My girlfriends and I used to have so much fun styling our bangs really high. We would always try to outdo each other.

Same here. There isn't any hairspray on my hair in that photo. My hair curls naturally so getting that big hair was really easy. Now I have to work to tame it.
