Mid 1980s thru early 1990s hair styles-clothing
The late 1980s and early 1990s were quite a difference in terms of hair styles and clothing. Does anyone have any photos they would like to share of hair styles / clothing of the mid 80s thru the early 1990s? Keep it clean of course!
I think I have some photos of me from the mid 80s here somewhere on my computer I think I will post of me and my family... this ought to be funny.  |

Ohh, how I miss the late 80s and early 90s!  Those were my favorite years from a fashion, makeup & hair standpoint.
I still have all my issues of Vogue, Elle & Harper's Bazaar from those years. 
I miss the glamazons walking the runway and their faces gracing the magazine pages (I hate having all these celebrities on every cover.) |

Yeah, I have one of me from 1986 when I was in elementary school I am going to look up and post here.
I found one of me from 1986 with those socks with the colored stripes at the top I am going to post.
I have a 1985 Sears catalog and some of those clothes/hair are unbelievable. 
I have been trying to get one of my friends at work to put her hair in one of those "side pony tails". Maybe one day she will. |

Ok... now dont you laugh at me!
This was in 1986 taken at the end of the road just before you get to our driveway (It was only my grandparents drive in 1986, but we bought some adjoining land and now live here). So, ironically this is where I live now, but back then I lived about a 1/2 mile from this spot. The neighbors house in the background is still there, but it has since been remodeled.
So, this was me at age 10, summer of 1986, standing in front of my uncles 1977 Pontiac Trans AM.
Now why are my shorts so short and socks so long? I think even my style in the mid 80s was way out!

I was married with children in the 80s but if you want to see my 1987 BIG hair, here ya go. (I wasn't fat; I was pregnant with #3)

Seeing as how I was born in the late 80's, it would do no good for me to post a pic.. However, I did steal the 80's style of using two or more super bright eyeshadows. I may not go as high, but I'm quite known to wear cerulean shadow *with sparkles* and pink or purple shadow at the same time.
