Thanks for the link. I have been letting a botched hair job grow out. Unfortunately none of those would work for me. I still like the 70's and 80's when women had softer layered looks. To me that always looks the most feminine. I think very few women can pull off the straight hair look, JMO.

Cool site... the curly styles (what I have) never really work, though, since our textures are so varied - and stubborn! I have yet to find a hairdresser who can do anything different, at least not successfully, so I always end up with the same long-layered natural curls. Oh well, guess that's my lot in life.

Interesting site. I have yet to find someone who can consistently give me a good haircut.
Consistency -- that's the key word. it's like the good hair cuts are a fluke.

I think the ladies should go back to the "HUGE HAIR" of the late 1980s-mid 1990s.
They need a "BIG HAIR" option.
It took them forever to get their hair done.

NO JOKE! I got a really great haircut once. I went back after 6 weeks to get a trim and she goofed it up. I never did get the first good haircut back. I've decided if I can't get the cut I want, I may as well just keep it trimmed myself.
OP....Great link.... thanks!

I have those long layered curls. I'm always getting compliments on my hair, everybody loves it. My hair is brown with auburn highlights, long and parted to one side rather than the center. I've had it that way for years and find it just suits me. I grew out my bangs in high school back when everyone else still had bangs and ratted them up high.
So, anyway, love your long curls. They are what many people want and can't have.

In the 'long hair' tab, I liked #18 of 64. Just comb and go.
