It's really beautiful having a long hair than short hair. It's very unlucky having dead ends on our hair.I never experienced such situation like that.

I am having the same problem D:
I've heard that it doesn't matter about split ends, though. But I'm not sure. I also heard not to brush it too much. Oh, and they massage your scalp; it stimulates the blood flow to your head with (I guess somehow) helps your hair grow

Default Leave it Alone

I used to have waist length hair, and have chopped it and grown it out many times.

Wash it 2-3 times a week with a gentle shampoo and conditioner.

Don't trim it, heat style it, or blow dry it.

Hi dear..
Hair loss problem is quite common these days. To reduce it, you should follow some tips which will definitely help you. You should take hot oil treatments with the help of coconut oil as it's the best for hair. You should also apply natural juices in your scalp like garlic juice, onion juice etc. Get a nice hair massage. Green tea is very beneficial for hairs so apply warm green tea to your hairs. You should also take care about which types of products do you use for your hair. I use L'Oreal Paris Total Repair 5 Repairing Shampoo. It solves the problem of split ends, dull hairs, dryness, breakage, etc. It makes your hairs thicker and longer. It has made my hairs more silkier and smoother and shinier than ever. I am sure soon you will get rid of this problem and will get the natural shiny and long hairs.

First, as odd as it sounds, if you want to start growing out your hair, you need a good cut. Not a trim, but enough to remove the all the splits. For most people with medium-ish hair this is a solid 2-3 inches. If you hair is very short, it will be less.

Then switch to a sulfate free shampoo and conditioner.

I have curly hair (3a/3b) which notoriously grows slowly. Since swearing off sulfate mine grows about an 1- 1 1/2" a month. Crazy fast. It is also thicker and stronger (curly hair is usually fine and easily broken)
