I've read about Joico K-PAK ReconstRx VaporIron. It basically infuses the hair with their k-pak solution that consists of ingredients that protect and and repair hair. They claim that it doesn't damage the hair as regular irons do and since I used joico products before and was always satisfied I decided to give this one a try. Mine is a G3 Salon Pro Hair Styling Iron chose it because of it's 100% Tourmaline Ceramic plates after reading reviews written by professionals on several forums.

Love Babyliss brand. I haven't tried Chi though which seems really popular.
