Default Good Moderately Priced Hair Shears?

I just want some basic ones hopefully under 50$. Any suggestions?

Even if it is more than that..I am willing to check it out. Thanks

Shears like as in scissors? Or something electric?

Wahl makes a decent hair trimmer Higher end is around $40, but I can get a cheaper one for $25. Apparently, you're supposed to oil those things frequently, or your hair oil gums them up.
