Has anyone heard of this neighborhood? We'd like to live in Ghent, but Ghent Commons seems like maybe it's too close to some rougher areas?

If that's where I'm thinking, it's a few blocks from Park Place, but is still a pretty good area. It's still on the nicer side of 21st St. and near similar houses, so you should be okay.

The railroad tracks between 22nd and 23st create a barrier for the most part as only certain streets actually cross into Park Place.
