For the lawn pros....
I have always used Southern Belle, but I've been disappointed in how poorly it fares in our long hot summers. I am only interested in fescue...what do some of you use for your own fescue grass lawns?

I have used the Pennington Penningcote seed. It is green seed and seems to do well. The secret is the watering around here. You must water early in the morning. You have to plant in the fall and have it all ready to go the fall before.

Thanks, but I've been maintaining a lawn for 11 years now. I understand the process. I just wanted some opinions on grass seed.
