Default Moving Back To Newport News

I moved to Texas from Newport News seven years ago. I'm moving back this next year and am looking for a decent apartment. I've noticed online there are many, many news ones that have popped up. Anyone know of any that have 3 bedrooms and the electric isn't too high? Some apartment complexes don't have efficent electric and the bill climbs terribly high each month. Also, I want to put my grandson in a private kindergarten. I could greatly use suggestions from those with that experience. Any advice would be gratefully accepted! Thank you!

Lets see, for apt complexes a bunch of new ones have indeed popped up...check out On the Square at Port Warwick, the rentals at City Center, Villages of Stony Run, Jefferson Point, Chesapeake Bay, Harbors, just off the top of my head
For private kindergarten check out Mount Carmel, St Andrews, Trinity Lutheran, Denbigh Baptist just to name a few

Wow! Quite a few! Thank you for the information! I know the cost of living will be higher there and I'll take a small cut in pay to move back, but my family is there and it's time to come home. Right now I pay under $700.00 for a nice two bedroom and my electric bill is never higher than $100.00. From what I can tell, the apartment rent will double, but I am curious about the electric bills there. Any idea what they are in the different apartment complexes?
