Bill Miller in Williamsburg is great. You can reach him through his website billmillerlaw.com We used him for a HELOC on our old house a couple of years ago, and then for a FSBO for our old house and closing on our new house this summer.

It depends are where you are in the Hampton Roads area. On the Peninsula or in Williamsburg I would recommend Lytle Title. They have offices in New Town, Williamsburg and Newport News Va. Their website is http://LytleTitle.com I have used them many times and am very satisfied with their services..
