Default Legends at the Beach or Runaway Bay apartments?
Anyone have any info about either of these complexes: Legends at the Beach or Runaway Bay? Also, any reccomendations would be great, even if its in Chesapeake or something. We are looking to spend no more than about $850. Thanks!!!

Default recommendations
I viewed Runaway Bay last month. It's not good. The police were there and the apartment I viewed was in need of new carpet. I do not know about Legends.

Read the reply I posted to thread about Greenbrier area for recommendations.

Decent apartments run at least $1000.
