Default Winter time VA Beach Closures?
Will be in Hampton Roads in 1/08 and am wondering if they close the beachs down to the public, not even allowing access to walk along the shore?

The beach at the boardwalk in Virginia Beach is open all year.

As far as I know, Chesapeake Beach (the beach of VB on the Chesapeake Bay) is open all year as well.
