I see that you didn't have time to partake of our historical districts.

SoNo is lookin' mighty fine these days and my friend is building a brand new occupational health complex. I think it is unfair to say that any group is lazy or uneducated compared to other communities. I for one, would not enjoy a community that does not converse with each other because their noses are in the air all the time. As far as your historical home, my SIL lives in a 25 room home in Lowell, MA and it cost them over 50,000 dollars for 25 new windows. You don't even want to know what their heating bill is! Anyhow...if you are looking to move, stay away from HOA's, as they do not allow you to do anything you want to do unless it is in their association approval pamphlet.
And you are absolutely correct to say about teenagers from other communities, because it is happening everywhere. Most teens don't vandalize in their own neighborhoods, they go to someone elses.
