Agreed. I've fallen in love with downtown Norfolk, myself, just moving back from NY last month. I'm thinking of moving to Icon or Metro on Granby apartments as they are affordable but seem to offer lots of higher end amenities and a city experience in a secure building right in the downtown scene.
