I would really appreciate someone's knowledge. Single senior woman still working professional looking for safe, 55+ apartments or communities, or other nice apartments/garden apartments, near Yorktown, Williamsburg, Jamestown. I may end up working out of an office in NN. Is that a tough commute?
I am moving from Pittsburgh, PA, area - usually lots of snow and ice. Do you get ice in this area?
I have experience working in retirement communities for active adults in activities and member services. Any advice on communities in this general area where I might consider applying, also.
I have been a family care giver for many years and need to start my life over again some place fresh where I can find good work and a chance to meet new people and do new activities.
