We are going to be in VB this coming week to find a home to rent for the next four years. I have not had much luck finding anything online (using both hotpads and zillow), and wonder if anyone knows of anything coming available for July 1st that has the following:
- Within a block of the ocean
- In the Frank W Cox school catchment area
- 3 bedrooms or more, 2 bathrooms or more, between 1500-2500 sq feet
- Rent between $1700-$2400/month
- Can be a house or condo, but must accept a small cat
- Includes all five appliances
