Can anyone tell me about the area around the Technical & Career Education Center on North Landing Road. My husband might be able to get a job there, but I do not know the area at all. We have a 10 yo and a 12 yo. Where would they go to school. Is there any land to buy to build a home? Would be willing to look in areas that are 30- 45 minutes away. Any info on the area would be appreciated.

North Landing Road at the Votech center is zip code 23456. It is on the edges of rural, so you could possibly buy land.. but it is expensive land.... It is in a great area, close to the Courthouse. Some of the most sought after schools are in this area... most of the area is districted for Kellam High School... depending on price range and type of amenities, I can tell you what neighborhoods to look at. If you would like more information, please feel free to click on my name, and choose direct message. I will get a message through the message board and can answer specific questions for you.

BTW, I live right down the street from this center.... So I am VERY familiar with what is there...

Oh, one more thing. I have a 10 year old, there a several elementary schools in the area, but you would be looking at Princess Anne Elem, Christopher Farms Elem, North Landing Elem, Strawbridge Elem. You can look them up at GreatSchools.net and your daughter who is in middle school would most likely attend Princess Anne Middle School, if you stayed in the area...

My son attends Princess Anne Elem.
