Anyone around the Chesapeake area noticing a non-stop jet/rocket noise in the sky somewhere? It seems far enough away to where it's not deafening loud, but it sounds like an airplane is nearby in the area.

Yep. We're in the Great Bridge area & It's annoying. I hope it doesn't last. My daughter is one year old and noise like this has a negative impact on development/learning.

I find the sonic boom very hard to believe but I can attest for your helicoptor comment. I have also had helicoptors fly extremely low over my house to where it starts to vibrate everything.
