Is there a shop or stand in Norfolk, Hampton of Newport News that shines shoes?
Any help is appreciated!

I think most decent cobblers will do it for you if you go in for a normal repair. You might ask. For a temp fix, you can also buy Kiwi instant shine pads at most drugstores if you're in a big rush and don't want to shine on your own.

I should shine my own, had to in the Navy so I know how, but I am really lazy.
Will try some cobblers shops, kind of dumb that I did not think of that, I know there is one in Ghent and some others if I pay attention in my normal driving around.
