Default New mall in williamsburg????

Does any one know if they are building a new mall near watertown on 199 near 64 in williamsburg. I heard they were and Sacs Fifth Ave was going there. Also the area has been cleared for so long.

I posted this quite a while ago. The Marquis in Williamsburg VA a regional destination for the marketplace, with a fashion department store, major box tenants, restaurants, and fashion apparel tenants, all in a uniquely attractive, classic Williamsburg setting. Designed by JPRA Architects, The Marquis will set the standard for anchored lifestyle centers in the Hampton Roads area.
Timeline: Construction began in July 2006, with a Grand Opening in 2008.
The 114-room Hyatt Place Williamsburg will be located in The Marquis, .The one-million-square-foot, mixed-use, open-air, entertainment and retail center is located off of Interstate 64, in close proximity to Williamsburg's historical and adventure attractions ( next to Water Country). Stores announced so far are: DSW and make-up supplier Ulta, JC Penney ( now open), Dick's Sporting Goods, Best Buy, Target and Kohl's ( now open).Hayashi Sushi & Grill, Mattress Discounters and Hong Kong Chinese Restaurant, Subway, Qdoba Mexican Grill, Factory Card , Hayashi Sushi & Grill, Mattress Discounters and Hong Kong Chinese Restaurant, Subway, Qdoba Mexican Grill, Factory Card .Costco is hoping to open in section 2

Costco store in Williamsburg actually York County hasn't been approved yet but they are trying hard to gain approval.
