New mall in williamsburg???? (Hampton: mattress, tenants, construction)

Does any one know if they are building a new mall near watertown on 199 near 64 in williamsburg. I heard they were and Sacs Fifth Ave was going there. Also the area has been cleared for so long.

I posted this quite a while ago. The Marquis in Williamsburg VA a regional destination for the marketplace, with a fashion department store, major box tenants, restaurants, and fashion apparel tenants, all in a uniquely attractive, classic Williamsburg setting. Costco store in Williamsburg actually York County hasn't been approved yet but they are trying hard to gain approval.
