Smile Hey Gary

Trader Online would most likely be the best place for you to start looking. They're huge and always looking for people with a degree in IT...let me know if I can be of any help. [moderator CUT]

Thanks for the link, there are a lot of job search websites and now the process seems pretty much depersonalized.

Default Young couple looking to leave Cleveland, Ohio for warmer weather and better job opportunities!

Hello,

My husband and I are just starting out. We recently bought a home in a suburb of Cleveland and have lived here our entire lives prior to marrying. We both have Bachelor's degrees (in Communications & Sports Management) and are looking for suggestions on places to move that offer warmer weather, a better job market, and decent housing costs. We prefer to stay away from the midwest states. Any suggesstions?

My suggestion is to stay in the midwest states. Cleveland probably isnt the best place, but take a look at Columbus, OH, Indianapolis, IN, Minneapolis, MN, and St. Louis, MO. Those cities have some of the best job markets in the country. Im not sure how much of a demand youll find for your degrees any where in the country. To be realistic, there are many more people walking around with those degrees and similiar ones then there are close to the number of jobs demanding them.

If you really have your heart set on getting out of the midwest, I would suggest just two places on the southeast coast that fit your criteria, and that is Raleigh, NC and Charlotte, NC.

Towards the west coast, you might want to check around Phoenix, AZ, although the housing costs are starting to get rediculous.
