i know this subject has been talked about before but i am considering a move to the hampton roads area in the next few months and was wondering where the best places to live would be. I am single and in my 30's and would be moving with my sister her family(husband and two children under 4). Her husband would be working in Chesapeake and richmond areas. i would also be looking for a job but have not found that many positions online(monster, the pilot, and career builders). Any advice would be helpful.
