We have a lot of transient people who are in the military. Also some folk who own and are upside down on their mortgage will rent their home here and rent at their next location. As to lots to rent, I have had a number of calls just this week to rent in a certain school district and there is not much inventory. Let me know if I can help

Many rent or sale homes on Military By Owner website.
We are currently selling home FSBO in the Larchmont community of Norfolk.
Beautiful neighborhood, wonderful schools. Walkable to restaurants and shops, close to shipyard.
We will not rent to own, but many on that site will.

How does rent to own work? I have heard the term before, but what is the benefit to the home owner? The benefit to the renter is clear.

Owner might want to get a property off of their hands, sick of paying property taxes, etc same as with any other asset. You'll probably pay a lot more than that home is truly worth doing RTO though.
