lisaarnoldphoto is on a distinguished road
This one I actually know. If you want a beach wedding and reception the thing to do over the past years has been to rent one of the amazing oceanfront homes, have the ceremony and reception right there. Caterers are very accustomed to this and willing to work with you. It seems to create a wonderful atmosphere for both families and guests. I'm a photographer there and I can say that they weddings can be as laid back or elegant as you like. Another option, not on the beach, is the Elizabethan Gardens, 108 Budliegh or the aquarium, all in Manteo, The Whalehead Club in Corrolla or The Sanderling up in Duck. Other than that I wouldn't say there are too many wonderful venues. Moderator cut: tos violation
