Default Busch Gardens Season Pass Preview!

Just wanted to let people know that Sunday, March 17 is the Unofficial opening day of Busch Gardens. The only catch is that you have to be a season pass holder from 2007 or have a season pass for 2008.

Despite the call for bad weather, I will be there.

We were supposed to go Sunday, but my GF wimped out at the last second because of the bad weather. I already have the two season passes. Did anyone go that can tell us if there's anything interesting this year? I haven't been to Busch Gardens since the 90s.

Well, despite the weather being very cold, all of the water rides were going.

I went and really enjoyed it myself. The latest is the Gryphon, which opened just last year. In all honesty, I saw nothing different between (before Howl-O-Scream took over) last year and this year.

If you haven't been to B.G. since the 90's, you're in for a treat. Ireland will be new to you. It's not that big, but it has some great food. Try the soup in a bread-bowl. Heavenly!

Howl-O-Scream, which won't be here till after Labor Day, is also much better than it used to be.
