Default Found a couple locations... opinions please?

Here are 4 locations that I've found and am considering visiting next weekend. I'd love any personal input...

1. Maple Bay Townhomes
2. College Square Townhomes on Indian River Road
3. Rosemont Forest townhomes (by Stumpys golf course??)
4. Home for rent in Pine Ridge

There was another home and I can't remember the location right now.

Thanks for your input!!!!

ETA: Personal info: we are non-military, moving from MI, have 4 kids (3 are coming with us that are 10, 7 & 3) so school is VERY important an addition to safe neighborhood and good location as we'll be spending our first year here exploring!!

I know of the College SQ townhomes, and Rosemont Forest townhomes.

You definately want to avoid College Square. Rosemont forest isn't too bad (close to Bridal Creek tho) but I personally wouldn't want any of my kids going to Salem Middle or Salem High. I lived at the next street past Rosemont forest townhomes .. (on Waymart / Chesterbrook) and never had any real problems. Our cares were vandalized once in 2 years, but it could have been worse.

I would say not a good area.... College Sq. & Rosemont Forest.
I don't know where Maple Bay Townhouses are.
Is the Pine Ridge area off London Bridge... if so good area.

Good luck on your decision.

Maple Bay Townhouses look to be in the area of VB Blvd, Laskin & First Colonial roads. The schools are Linkhorn, Lynnhaven & First Colonial.

Yes, Pine Ridge is near London Bridge. The schools are Strawbridge, Princess Anne & Kellam.

Pine Ridge is really nice. I have friends that live over ther and it has a real
nice neighborhood feel.

Linkhorn & First colonial are really good schools.

Your other choices are not in good areas.

HOpe that helps

i wouldn't consider any of them except pine ridge, my kids are in that school district, one of the best in VB, great neighborhood, good sized homes, very family oriented, trees, and close to shopping/restaurants. It took us years of living in HR to find this area, you would be doing well to just hop right in!
